Think Credit Report INTERNET FRAUD/SCAM VALENCIA CALIFORNIA

In the process of signing up for Employment security, this website very misleadingly came up looking much like the state government agaency that handles these claims. It claimed in order to apply for employment security I had to have a credit report which is not true. It offer a credit report for $1, stupidly I fell for the bait. Never got a credit report or any other service and few weeks later I have a $29.95 charge on my credit card.
I didn't catch the charge until the second month and they would only refund the latest charge, or so they said. As of yet I have not received a refund.
