I ordered a set of glasses from ThinOptics maybe 2 yrs ago and liked them. So I ordered a couple more sets for Christmas gifts and we're now at 36 days without a delivery as yet.

Talked with the customer service numerous times and all they say is they'll look into it but nothing ever happens. I was once a happy customer, but no more. I would never recommend this company to another person.

 My ThinOptics order FINALLY arrived, taking 42 days (6 weeks). The lesson is you never want to go through ThinOptics and only order these through Amazon, with free shipping. Mine only took ONE DAY to get my order using the Amazon Prime program.
