Company is supposedly located in Ok City, OK but has a Seattle, Wash. Number that is only answered by a machine. They have a company that suppossedly handles customer service called Inta-support. Toll free Customer Service:

This is a joke also. They make a "ticket" send you an email copy and you never hear about it again.
Another supposed support is merchant@net-member.com
3.95$ for the "free' Sample then the unauthorized billing of 149.95 what a scam.

There is a message on the phone number of 206-666-5600 for a supposed customer service help. But they ask for your last name and credit card info. If you read the links you will see that they will charge you for accessing this "service" what a bunch of crooks. Do not give them your credit card number again.
