These people offer washers and dryers with a 90 day warranty.The appliances break soon after you get them, and they will not return your calls. They will make excuses for not upholding the warranty and refuse to return your money because the paper they give you says all sales final. These people need to be stopped. They do their business out of their home.I have found other people who they have ripped off, I say lets get together and take them to court, and stop their abuse of innocent consumers.

These people who sold me the washer and dryer would not even unload them off the truck until they got their money, they hooked up the machines and quickly started them up, then left, I soon found out the washer would not agitate the clothes, I immediately called mary and she did come out the next day to take a look, she said it was a lid switch gone bad? THE MACHINE DID NOT AGGITATE! I made several attempts to contact her. She would not answer the phone or return my calls, until I threatened to call the b.b.b and an attorney.She called then, and said she will not fix the machine because I threatened her. She still has not contacted me to fix it.I did attempt another call last week because now the dryer broke, go figure. I have met some other people who had the same thing happen to them just in July of this year. COINCIDENCE? I dont think so. If they were up standing people AT ALL, they would have given my money back or at least tried to get me another machine.If you HAVE to buy used PLEASE make sure you get references and do a check on the company or you could be out money like me.

We do sell washers and dryers and do offer and uphold our 90 day warranty. Though we do business out of our home we are a licensed business in the state of Washington. Our contracts state that all sales are final, and the customer is given the opportunity to sign or not accept the appliances. All appliances we sell work when sold and if they break in the first 90 days we do make every effort to fix the appliances in a timely fashion, however we are a small family owned and operated business and occasionally life interferes in our ability to service appliances. In this instance we purchased the parts for the appliances in question and attempted to set up a service call, but were threatened because we would not refund the money. When we were contacted again, we did respond and left a message. Our calls were never returned. People are welcome to attempt to take us to court however our contracts are legal and binding and we are only human. We are open to trying to resolve this matter out of court and have the parts for the appliances in question and are more than willing to set up a service call and service the appliances in question. We have many happy customers who have never had an issue with their appliances and though there are a few unhappy customers we do try to resolve all issues in a reasonable and timely fashion.
