We're a small design firm/home business. Thomas A. Capone doing business under the above company namesin the telecommunications industry, used our programming and design services. He now refuses to pay the $6400.00 owed for those services, has locked us out of his server and our copyrighted files.
He has now initiated a new start-up company and claims the above companies are broke, however he is still doing business through them as well.
He issued a fraudulent e-check on an account he is not a signatory on, and of course it was returned. He is continuing to use the programming and graphics we have done. We did not release copyright to him. This man and the companies he's hiding behind are attempting to profit off our loss.
This man also portrays himself as a deacon - in - training... what a way to represent the church!
