Took all my money promising me to represent for the trial yet he withdrew because of communication issues. Am Deaf and he just realized he was required to pay interpreters. He withdrew and didn’t refund me at all. He also frauded not telling me anything about the case.
He is part of modest Means program and would work at reduced rate and i gave him confirmation from the program but he never gave me contract or agreement. He then told them that he always intended to charge me 250-400 per hour which isn’t true. He’s part of modest Means program.
