In 2005 Thomas Harris produced an appraisal on a house in Whiteville NC that verified 1.5 acres with a ranch house situated on the property. On having to foreclose on this property in 2015 it was found to have only .5 acres included with the house. He also said he inspected the property and it had a block/pier/average foundation. We found a house sitting on concrete blocks only one or two high with no foundation. NC law has changed and only allows 5 years to compain to the Appraisal Board. In our opinion this was intentional and he should not be able to appraise.
