Thomas Warlick Lawyer harassment of seniors exercising first ammendment rights to protect themselves from violent neighbors Oak Hill Florida

Mr Warlick, threatened eviction (with no grounds) and falsly accused seniors of harrasment for legally exercising their first amendment rights, when in fact they were victims of harassment and acts of vandalism by a violent biker neighbor.

It was only when Mr Warlick became aware that video of this violent neighbors illegal and offensive actions were posted to youtube that he took action to threaten eviction and write damaging letters falsly accusing the senior of harassment.

It should be noted that Warlick is also the developer of the unoccupied properties within lighthose cove and clearly was acting to protect his own financial insterests and not that of the people in the association.  It should also be noted that he is the self proclaimed "president of the HOA"

Mr Warlick refused to listen to the seniors and instead sided with the violent biker, even though he knew this person was violent with his own grounds staff.

Make sure you ask around before getting involved with Warlick, local real estate professionals are quick to warn people of how Warlick treats the people of Lighthouse Cove.  He has a reputation for sending people letters threatening legal action when none can be taken, the residents are clearly afraid of him doing this to them.
