I emailed private owner regarding test driving a used vehicle. I got the same reply from three different owners. "Hi there, If you are really interested in the car you should know that the reason for selling it is because I moved to Amsterdam, Netherland and the car was made for the U.S market and it doesn't meet the emission restriction here in Amsterdam so I have to sell it back to U.S so if you are still interested please let me know. Thanks."

Then I got a request for a $2000 deposit. The website stated the vehicles are in Pennsylvania. The private owners state the vehicles are in foreign countries.
