Thomas Witte Dream team builders, inc. Worked for Tom outdoors in the freezing cold dating back to December 26, 2013. I have not received ANY money from him. He told me numerous times that he would pay me. Now he will not respond to my calls, texts, emails or postage. Schiller Park, Illinois

I did for Tom  Witte tiling projects . on the beggining payment after job completed was on time . but later with time i got paid with delays .  thats when problems started . i did for him couple projects and on  one job problems were starting . customer didnt like one wall in shower area ( approx 25sq ft) . Tom said that that customer found other tile setter. At that  house i did two bathrooms walls and floor. loundry room and backsplash . and there was other project for other customers that i did tiling and i was waiting for payment from MR Witte.

In total was over $5000 

he refuses to not pay anything cuz  customers didnt pay him . Thats what he said . 

for all his customers i had cell numbers cuz he gave me to talk about tile installation design before starting the jobs with customers . 

i called  all customers and they said that they paid him long time ago.  

one customer who didnt like one wall in shower area he just deduct for that, but for rest of it he paid .

MR TOM WITTE is refusing to pay even $1 dollar claiming the reason why is Just NO. 

Unfortunately he s laying to me that customers didnt pay him when they did. 

I wanted to cooporate and deduct money for that one wall but he dont wants to cus he sees oppurtunity to not pay anything .

Tom Whitte told me that if I didn't retract the report he would not pay me. I wrote a retraction in hopes of getting the money I was owed. Well, he told me that it was too late and the damage was already done. I never got paid. I apologize for retracting my original report. I understand why ripoffreport.com doesn’t allow you to take down a report. I was really hoping to get paid.

I would like to retract my complaint against, Tom Witte and Dream Team Builders.  As it turns out, Mr. Witte was being honest when he said that the general contractor was withholding his money from him.  Tom has agreed to pay me the money that is owed to me out of his own pocket.  I would like to thank Mr. Witte for rectifying this situation.  It is greatly appreciated.
