Thomson - RCA Ripped me off on 37' lcd tv Nationwide

About 8 months max i went out to walmart and bought a 37' rca lcd screen thinking why not cheap price model number L37WD22 well 8 months later i lose analog channels vid1 vid2 and all audio form tv first thing i do is call rca ticket( 30G13 ) they tell me to get the recipt and bring back to walmart so that night i read on the net that this is a issue with them its a fuse that blows but rca doesn't make these tvs anymore they have a new model with the new chip that doesn't blow model number L37WD23. walmart doesn't care the new models so walmart can't do nothing for me cause i dont have the recipt i lost it moving tv was made in sept 2006 so at max the tv is 2 years old who has the money to buy a new lcd when it frist hits selfs not i. so i call rca back and explain the issue they said there is nothing they can do about the tv without the recipt. So i think rca knowing this issue was going to happen with each and everyone one of these models and not issuing a recall or something and just remove this model from website and only showing the fixed model is not only sneeky but people should be able to sue this company not only for a protuct that only has a few months life but knowing its going to fail and just trying to cover it up.

no analog channels, digital channels ok.open fuse 1c33, located on main pcb appx 1/2 inch from top edge and 1/2 inch from left edge. may not be marked as a fuse. see rca bulletin tv08-001 for pix.
