I have been trying to get shawn to get back with me for months now to take care of issues we are having with a roof he installed last year. But nothing from him I have no choice but to have another roofer take care of the problem even though Shawn is respondsable. We will be going after him for damages and repair cost.

Shawn did make time to get some guys back to fix leaks in the new roof. For that is still being monitored ! providing my friend has no more issues with his new roof that Shawn has installed. If there are any more issues we will make you aware of it if he dosn't stand behind his work. IMO custumer service is key to any business. I beleive he has good intentions just maybe needs help in his QC and CS department.
