We signed a Photography & Video Contract May 2008 for our wedding August 8th, 2008.
With Many Unanswered Calls and Emails to both the photographer & videographer, also receiving excuse after excuse why they were late.
This is the troubled summary after the wedding:
10 weeks - Proofs were still not done & posted online like promised.
14 weeks - We finally get a link to our proofs to share with family & friends. Which was up for 10 days, then removed from the websiteno one had access to them anymore.
13 weeks - We get an email from videographer video DVD will be done in 2-3 weeks (end of Nov).
16 weeks - We turn in request for our photos
17 weeks - Videographer one again promises 2-3 weeks for DVDs plus 2 extra copies for trouble (end of Dec). * * This Is The LAST TIME We Hear From Videographer * *
18 weeks - We get a reply from the photographer, "It's the holidays I'm not going to work on anything till january."
21 weeks - (02JAN09)
24 weeks - We picked up final photo prints, which was NOT what we selected, per his instructions. We advise him about the miss printing that same night.
25 weeks - Photograher proposes to reprint a whole new set for 50% off and will provide us with the contracted CD-R with High Quality Proofs of ALL 274 photos taken.
26 weeks - Photographer changed his mind once more about package, specifically CD-R and is charging us $500 for it, even though it's in the contact on top of making us pay for another set of pictures, even though he printed the wrong ones in the first place. Blames his partner in miss-printing contract that we signed and that we should deal with him.
