Having received unrecognized debits to my bank account under the name of Hutchison 3G UK Ltd., I took this matter to the Which Consumer Magazine who appointed me with a Consumer Solicitor whom has stated that Three Mobile Company may have infringed the Misrepresentation Act of 1967. Despite logging a complaint with Three Complaints Department on 13/10/2013, they have failed to get back in touch with me about this - despite persistent reminders. I am still (to date) waiting for a response from Three Complaints Department.
