To whom it may concern On March 21th 2006 Two teenage girls come to the door selling magazines. I made out a check for 130.00 for three magazines 2 years contract all in good.
But the Check has been deposit only 1702958453 Point Across America *333 March 27th, and it is now 6/11/2006 and still no magazines no number or website....with information.
Can we do anything and if so what?

I too was ripped off by these so called marketing agents who come door to door.My wife and I waited almost a year before taking any action. I looked at this website many times and tried many times to reach anyone at any of the various numbers that were posted. Thankfully I found a number for Nicole, whose cell phone is 480-250-0671 and office line is 903-429-3300. I left her a message and she called me back in less than an hour on Thursday or Friday of last week. Today is Monday June 12,2006 and in todays mail, I got my refund checks. I called the issuing bank, American Bank of Texas,(abtexas.com) and verified funds and the checks are good with no stop payments to stop the cashing.
