I have been trying to reach Thrifty Propane for six weeks. All you get is an operator. Never once did I get a call back. I started calling when we were at 35% .... we now have 5% propane. I have evening trying to get propane for six weeks. I finally got a confirmation saying they would deliver our pre-paid propane in 5 to 10 business days. Never came...I am conveyancing at home and soon will have no heat.
