This place does not tell you that you will be paying three times the amount of the face value of the ticket. They link theirself to event websites and you think you are buying from the actual arena or theater. And they make websites in the searches so that they look like the theater. They are scumbags. Their comment when you realize you got ripped off is that it is legal, there are no laws against what they are doing. Except falsely advertizing as another or onsite ticket office. They would sell their mother in Vegas as a prostitute.

It sounds like you have learned a lesson in the area.
To avoid being charged three times the amount of the face value of the ticket I suggest you take off work, camp out at the venue, wait orderly at the venue, wait for your friends and/or family to relieve you so you can got to the bathroom ever once in a while. You might even be able to grab a shower too. Because if you dont do this you may not get any tickets and if you are lucky enough to get tickets you are in the nose bleed section.
Now as far as the scumbag remark were you speaking of the meaning: a condom or the meaning: a mean, despicable person?
Maybe this is a matter for the legal community to solve rather than trashing the company that makes their business to do what you will not do (as listed above). As far as the mother commit. Selling her in Vegas would be illegal that is why you cant get tickets for that on their website. So as I see it this is a law abiding and legitimate company.
