Ticket Zone Unknown but I'm sure there are some Read the Terms, they bite Internet

 If you ever have an opportunity to purchase tickets for any event through Ticket Zone, you would be better served to find another way to get your tickets.  I purchased tickets for a New Years Eve party through ticket zone.  To be honest I don't know how I ended up stuck purchasing from these jerks but I did.  The event is a NYE party at a local upscale hotel that I'm sure you have heard of, there is a beautiful woman named Paris who shares a last name with the hotel chain.  But My complaint is not with the hotel and I'm sure the accomodations will be wonderful.  My problem is with ticket zone.  Shortly after my purchase through their website I realized that there was a much better deal through another provider. I was only able to purchase the tickets through TicketZone and the other promoter had a package that included the room.  I made separate reservations for a smaller room directly through the hotel and the price was higher for the smaller room than the price as part of the package.  I attempted to contact ticket zone immediately after purchaseing the tickets but their customer service line was closed.  I did reach them later the same day that I made the purchase and quoted them the return policy for the event.  Which stated that I had up until 7 days prior to the event to get a refund.  I was advised that the Ticket Zone policy was only to refund if the event was postponed or canceled.  I escalated to a supervisor who also refused to refund my money, even though the purchase was made only hours before, and two weeks before the event.  The company's website content was not legible and I never did see the no refund policy, that however did not make any difference.  They could have extended a refund but lied and said that they could not.  I know for a fact that in order to receive funds through credit card or debit card that you have to be able to effect refunds.  They lied and said they could not.  What they actually mean is that we don't have to refund you because you didn't read the fine print so too bad.  Well I have to admit that it was my bad, they actually do have a right to keep my money but I also have a right to blast them for doing so.  That's why I'm posting here now.  DO NOT USE TICKET ZONE. DO NOT USE TICKET ZONE. DO NOT USE TICKET ZONE. I feel comfortable saying that in any situation where you have an opportunit to use ticket zone you will be able to purchase the same tickets through another supplier.  Use the other supplier, ticket zone is evil.
