TicketsCentral.net ripoff, asked for bank wire for plane tickets and then never delivered the ticket Nationwide

On April 26, I found the Ticketscentral.net sight on the net offering the ticket I wanted to buy $200 cheaper than anyone else. I made reservations and booked my flight. They had on-line payment system with credit card processing... and so I submitted my credit card info which they rejected and informed me that they could not process my credit card (it could not be authenticated), so they requested me to send a Bank Wire Transfer. I assumed they were a legitimate company and I wired $562 to their bank account in Spain.

It was possible to check the status of the booking on the sight of ticketscentral, but it always reportet "Not paid". I tried to phone them several times, but there was always an answering machine saying that the mailbox was full. I send several mail, but no response. Then I phoned the airline company (Iberia) toh check if they had made any booking, and they had not.

After sending another angry mail to Ticketscentral, they answered saying "The problem is that we didn't receive the wire transfer. It appeared in our bank account and immediately disappeared. We issued your ticket but we cannot send it to you because we couldn't accept your transfer. The money will be returned to your bank account." I got this stupid explanation ten days ago, and I have still not get any money back.

Ticketscentral are obvioulsy crooks stealing money in this way. Their sight is still up and it is still possible to find "tickets" on the same plane I booked.
