ticketweb ignored request for refund when a band i wantes to see had to leave a tour for family issues Internet

 I had purchased a ticket for a sho. Then later found out the band had to drop off the tour due to family reason via his Twitter feed. I called and asked about a refund, they said they would look into it and if that was the case would give me a refund option. That happened twice over the phone and never heard back, so the day before the show I emailed them all the details and the fact that the venue changed the line-up and in a response says they will get back in 3-5 business days.
