Tie the Knot promised my wedding dress in 3 months. My dress arrived in over 4 months, just 2 weeks before my wedding. Then the owner, Hilary, overcharged me. She had the nerve to tell me she charged me extra, over and above the price, because the dress was "so beautiful." Very unprofessional. I guess the owner expects you won't be returning because most people just marry once. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
