Tier 1 Processing Deceptive Internet

Yolanda called about my merchant account.  Led me to beleive she was with my current merchant account provider.  Said I had been being charged too much.  I agreed (if she had been with the company she would have known I cancelled my account the day before).  she then asked me to fax my statements (again, if she knew I was being overcharged she would already have that information).  Told me she would do a free audit of my accounts.  I searched rip off report and found a complaint confirming my suspicions and did not waste further time with these people.
