Ordered the DTV box on line 12/27/17 and recieve confirmation of payment with shipment confirmation to be sent out in 2 to 3 days. Six weeks later I contacted there support online whicH I was told they had a back order to be sent soon. I contacted them a few weekslater which the said the item would come soon or they would issue a credit. I have not recieved either..
