Tim Chonacsas Took a $25,000 check and cashed it and never did what he said he was going to do with it. Los Angeles, California

Tim, Myself and another partner were starting a clothing line that was promised (By Tim) to be placed in Entourage and other shows. Of course this never happened and Tim began to avoid all calls and text messages. Neither my partner or I could ever get a hold of him shortly after receiving our investment of $25,000. Turns out he cashed the $25,000 check and it never went into his bank.

Tim has continued to ignore every letter, email, text and call by myself, my partner and my attorney. It is now over 2 years later and he ignored all court orders to appear for arbitration as per our signed contract. We have a default judgement against him because he didnt bother to appear at any court date.
