After several meetings, phone calls, and promises that wages earned would be paid by Mr. Tim Owens, CEO and owner of Clasic Home Mortgage and his Senior Vice President Ken Weislak, for wages earned in 2009, a complaint was filled with the Texas Workforce Commisssion on September 8th 2009.
A hearing was held on August 2, 2010 and on August 6th the findings of the hearing were that the money was owed to the claimant by Classic, a holding of Mr.Tim Owen.
On August 18th of 2010 a Demand For Payment was sent for the wages earned to Classic and to date it has been ignored by Mr. Owens and his company.

Tim And Ken, need to make good on what they owe, here in chicago we were not paid by these guys also, I was the manger here and they have not paid me the full amount due, nor my employees, I hope all be careful when you deal with eighther of them, Ken is now back in the chicago area, becareful
