Please note the Bar Association representative has just confirmed that the complaints of Glen Butler and Fairley Flynn in 1994 have resulted in a Bar reprimanding of Mr Tim Vanagas. In addition, in 2000 Mr Vanagas was issued a suspension of 120 days. Presently there is another pending investigation into Mr Vanagas submitted by a Mindy Sue Moranville as of 2008 and I have been informed that another is potentially pending for 2009-this will be the 3rd matter it appears at minimum for Mr Vanagas. Anyone else who has issues with this gentlemen should contact the Oregon State Bar! The web address is osbar.org.
