Early August 2018 I met with Mathew Stacey aka Matt Stacey called the "founder” to Timberjae a new company I’d never heard of but was given his number as I needed millwork done to my offices and was given his number through my friends advisement as her son went to school with Matt Stacey’s son. We agreed to bid on a remodel for 7 of my office locations. His estimate was clear and precise to be $21K at a minimum with 1/3 paid down as a deposit due to the time frame we had agreed upon being swift. I have all the proof showing via text messages and his fake contract he gave me to prove he received my 7k deposit. He kept pushing me off for weeks stating he had issues with supply yet he was up charging me for the urgency I requested. On September 26th, 2018 I was told over a recorded call with Matt Stacey that he never received my deposit and did not know me when I contacted him late this afternoon. ???! He hung up the phone on me and refused to answer the phone from me again.

I later contacted April Hadnot whom has disguised herself as his wife aka Mrs. Stacey yet I find out from my same friend that not only were they not married but both were still legally married to two separate spouses! She claims to be the "co-founder” to Timberjae. And they lied about everything to me when I met them and saw that they were living together. April answered my phone call which I have recorded with her loud and screaming voice stating she would sue me for calling her and that I better know that S & S Promotions would support her by having "big pockets” as she explained. She explained I’d hear from her attorney as she continuously demeaned my knowledge and put me down with racist statements saying Timberjae would never work with "people like you!” (Yes, I’m a very proud African American Born in the United States!) April Hadnot (Stacey) continued stating, "they were above me!”??? This was unbelievable! Not only did they rob me, and lie to me, but they discriminated against me. I would never imagine any company doing this kind of business. My attorney will be submitting this information to the local news and better business bureau. I’m a well established contributing citizen to this country and I will not be treated so disgusting! I will be filing a lawsuit and this will be resolved correctly.
