Every time I called in or emailed to get a situation reseloved, the only response I recieved was a different answer each time and act like it is not their problem

They even reported deliquent payment on credit report before letting me know that I have a loss waiver in my contract. Paid for the item for three years and only had it for one week. I was the one that found the loss wavier part and no help from Time Payment.
