Timeshare Mls, TimeshareMLS promised to sell my timeshare in 90 days, it's been 2 years and still nothing and will not refund me my money. Orlando Florida

I was contacted by a rep by the name of michelle from timeshareMLS. She was very convincing that I will be abel to sell my timeshare within 90 days. She told me that I need to pay $899 dollars up front, so I used my credit card since I did not have the cash up front. She would call me everyday to let me know that she was working on it. The phone number that I had was direct to her, after the 3 months I was no longer able to talk to her and they would not give me any information. I sent letter requesting my refund but they denied it.

At the time I did not know any thing about selling timeshare since it was my first time owing one, and did not do my research, because I was so anxious to get rid of it. I paid them the fee before I receive the contract. They said there is no way that they can refund me back my money. Now they cannot sell the timeshare. Now I am now working and cannot afford to pay the timeshare anymore.

After I saw that I wasn't getting any results or call from them I decided to do my research and saw how they scam lots of other people, and found out that you are never suppose to give an up front fee, so I got scammed and didn't even know it. Now when you call they are very rude and you get nowhere with them.

I'm not sure if I can ever get my refund back, but I hope this can help other people before they make the same mistake.
