companies calling timeshare owners like myself who have been ripped off by those claiming to be able to sell your timeshare and take your money. they claim they will bet your money back (100% guarantee) for 40 % of recovered amount.

want you to give them power of attorney allowing them to act in your behalf as a recovery agent. suspicious and they haven't been an entity long enough to have a bad track record yet.
