This company has preyed upon my elderly parents coercing them into renting their timeshare.  They have promised there is a huge demand for timeshares and that they are 100% certain they can rent out my parent's unit in 4 - 6 weeks.  They have charged my (over 80 yr old) parents $800 on their charge card.  They are nasty and rude to my parents and take advantage of the elderly.
