Timothy Peabody does not do as promised. Promised and assured us we had a strong case against our bank for mortgage fraud. Took our money and sued for something else that we didn't talk about. Case was dismissed very quickly. He took our money making false promises. Do not trust his words. Do not hire Mr Peabody.

This client represented that they were victims of fraud by their mortgage lender. After filing a lawsuit on their behalf the bank submitted evidence that this client submitted fraudulent Loan application documents to get their loan and then failed to make mortgage payments For two years. I was embarrassed when my clients fraudulent documents were presented To the court . These people have been ripping the bank off not the other way around .
