Zac Ripper takes peoples money and does NOT do the work! Homeowners are left to clean up his messes and he just moves on! He opens another business under another name and steals more money!

He has done this in Peoria, Illinois with Illini Siding and Window - he was charged with home improvement fraud. He then opened up Brooklyn Brothers Home Improvement! Then he moved to Denver, North Carolina and opened up Tip Top Home Remodeling!

He's written bad checks all over town. He owes contractors and vendors tens of thousands of dollars!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! HE IS A RIP OFF! SCAM ARTIST!!!
