OMG, This company claims to have real people and Free support, They have a answering machine, so where are the Real people to get the free support? When after many attempts of pushing buttons on my phone I finally talked to a real person who obviously was having a bad day to start with. I asked why it takes so long for my site to be published, and in return I was hung on multiple times, I sent many emails to cancel this website company's products and now they have fraudly charged my credit card after my cancellation.

I concur with this consumer complaint. This site offers NO LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT to assist its patrons when problems arise. I've done business with them for years and know first hand that they have overcharged credit cards and at one time, several yrs back, did offer customer support, but no more! Patrons are at their mercy to have their questions and needs met.

I'm a member of tiptopwebsite, I have been emailing the costumer support team for three days now. I broke my old phone and had to get a new one. I lost all my saved email passwords when I lost my old phone. I have forgotten my password to my email for my businesses websites email account on tiptop. There is no option to retrieve forgotten passwords and haven't been able to check or send important emails for over 3 days!!! Sent many emails to tiptops costumer service, checked my spam box many times for any replies, and even tried calling their phone number during work hours everyday with no luck? Can someone please please help! I love my website on tiptop and really need to get back to work and access my business email before I loose costumers.

This person ordered a domain on Sunday and thought it would come up immediately.
New domains orders, no matter where ordered take up to 24 hours to appear online. Her website was online the second she signed up, there is no waiting period for that. She could have logged in and created her website at anytime. She did login and started doing just that.
Her domain was up Monday.
She called and started swearing (using foul language) at our customer service saying her domain that she ordered the day before was not up.
She then emailed saying she wanted to cancel. We fully refunded her the full amount charged, though all charges where fully authorized by her when she ordered the service and domain. We did cancel at her request. All charges where fully refunded to her.
