tiptopwebsites Does not repond when complaining of a site gives out private info. Internet

I'm a member of tiptopwebsite, I have been emailing the costumer support team for three days now. I broke my old phone and had to get a new one. I lost all my saved email passwords when I lost my old phone. I have forgotten my password to my email for my businesses websites email account on tiptop. There is no option to retrieve forgotten passwords and haven't been able to check or send important emails for over 3 days!!! Sent many emails to tiptops costumer service, checked my spam box many times for any replies, and even tried calling their phone number during work hours everyday with no luck? Can someone please please help! I love my website on tiptop and really need to get back to work and access my business email before I loose costumers.

I never claimed fraud. Only private info posted on LHS site. Saw site LHS a few times but left it alone as I didn't believe anything that was posted. Was told of my name, address and myself and grandchilds picture is only reason I went to see .The person was right. IF LHS or her Web provider had taken everyones personal info and picture off her site, that would have been fine with me. She didn't ! The only recourse I had was to file a complaint every office or place I could. It's her that is an "Internet bully." I never knew her nor do I understand why people like that kind of person, I don't.

 The photo of Ms. Robbins and her grandchild to which she refers in this complaint is nothing more than a postage stamp size image which she used in all of the messages which she posted on the MySpace The Truth About Elvis message board.  This image appeared in every post she made.

The photo image is that of a lady and a small child sitting on what appears to be an inflated floating device with both of their backs to the camera.  I never knew that this photo was of Robbins herself.  In fact it is so small and indistinguishable that I never even gave it any thought.  But, since she displayed it while posting defaming comments about me on a public web site, I assumed she did not mind having it known as her "logo".

The only reason it appeared on my site is because it was a part of her comments to and about me.  One of which was the following:

The picture has been removed, but names , info still there .Either this Co. or the web user should and could remove all this. There's no way to contact the Web user is why I complained to the Co. Neither have been co-operating. There are now threats posted by the web user. I've just received word back today from Florida ,will now file more complaints there and many more places .Notice the links she posts is not to where the things she posted were just a few hours ago. .

Just want you to know that I have 47 typed pages which were copied and pasted from your comments about me on the two
Topix threads.

Also, as you well know, I have saved the comments you posted about me on The Truth About Elvis MySpace message board.

You are walking on thin ice when you file false claims such as this on a site where it cannot be removed, not even by you who posted it originally.

Enough said???

Are you aware that everything you have writtenn about me on this site is permanent? Have you read the fine print? Do you really want your false comments about me to be on the Internet forever???

It is I who own the web site about which Ms. Robbins has filed this complaint.  I have her name, city and state displayed on my web site where I have posted the messages which she has posted about me on the Internet and my proof that she has lied about me.

Her city and state were both displayed when she posted her harsh comments about me on two threads on the Topix forum. 

I feel so bad that she has done this to my Web Host server.  None of this is their fault. 

They did notify me of her complaint; I told them that she had been an Internet bully and had been after me for years and that I would prefer to ignore her complaint; they wrote me back and said that she wanted me to remove her "physical address"; I responded that I did not have her "physical address" on my site as I only show her city and state which had already been shown when she posted her comments on the Topix Site. 

I have left it in their hands since then.  I do not know what TipTop's decision will be about shutting down my web site.

If my site is shut down because of Ms. Robbins and her two side kicks, it is not the fault of TipTopWebSites...the responsibility is totally mine in that I WILL NOT compromise my principles when I have done nothing wrong to this woman or her friends.  They are the ones who put themselves out there lying about me on other message boards, forums, etc.

I will not have my web host server made to look bad when they have complied with her complaints and I have refused to comply.

I invite everyone to visit my web site to see that my site is the truth and there is no real violation of this woman on my site.  I have displayed where her city and state had already shown up on Topix.

I talked to a relative of mine in the police dept. here. I have been getting phone calls now from unknown people. He's advised me to file a report against this website provider and the person who has the website. Very disappointed in anyone that allows these things. It does break the law, Fed. and State. Filing complaint this afternoon. Stay away from Tip Top Websites unless you want this kind of thing.

Contacted Website with complaint about Personal info. on

site & asked they remove it. Said they can't do that, a paying customer. In

their own Terms of Agreement it says they can and will remove personal info. if

anyone posts it.

To say you won't remove a persons name or address just because the one that complaind is not a "paying" member is not good business or ethics . TipTop will be reported & complaint filed as long as this continues.

The person that wrote this complaint is not our member.
They just emailed us the other day telling us they want info off a site hosted by us.
We forwarded the email to the member.
To protect our members, we do not simply delete info from their websites if we receive an an email from someone, no host would do that.
 
We pride our self on customer service and serving our members.
