Titan Building Contractors Aka River Valley Earthworks used me and my contacts to defraud more people Ripoff Otto North Carolina

I was hired to run the grading arm of titan builders known as river valley earthworks. I was told I would be made half owner of this company. this never happened. I was asked to bring in subs that I knew to do work, deliver materials etc. To my knowledge the only one ever paid was Tony Norris, a concrete finisher, and that was because he would not leave until he was paid.I do beleive that some other vendors have been paid so that he could get more material and run up a bigger bill. He[shane stikeleather]has not paid paving contractors, river rock dealers and also two very large bills to building supply house.re: Supply Mart in Clayton GA and Nantahala Lumber Co. in Franklin NC. Almost as soon as I was hired he started going around me and telling my operators to do different things than I had them doing and then jumping on me because what I had them doing didn't get done. Meanwhile ,he has me running all over trying to find somewhere to get materials that would still let him have them on credit. Some of his trucks do not even have tags.I had to take a load of firewood to somebody I knew and keep the money hid so I could buy things like weedeater parts and gasoline for weedeaters and lawnmowers to keep from going 20 miles to find a charge account that was paid up.I tried paying out of my pocket for these things, foolishly thinking I would be reimbursed as I was told I would be, but after approx. $250 in out-of-pocket expenses and $550 in cell phone charges that he said he would not pay, I quit and then was fired because I told other employees what he had done.
