I spoke to Vanessa after she kept on continously calling me and insisting that I sign up for their black friday $25 sign up bonus. Without my knowledge or authorization these individuals charged me $89. They claimed that the sign up would be free and I would even receive a $25 sign up bonus. Be careful these people will scam you. I hope other business owners don't run into these crooks. They will lie to you, if you don't believe me just give them a try.

Close Your Account & Return The Equipment
AUTHOR: Alex Call Center Manager - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, March 16, 2016
Hello Ms. Stafford,
You have not submitted a closure form. You have not returned our equipment. Like any other service if you don't use the service you will still receive charges for the fees that will apply to your business. Better yet you can not expect to have a service open and not receive fees for services that you signed up for. That is like me going into your business asking to get my taxes done but not wanting to pay you for your services. The issue you are now having is not with Titan but with Ipayment the processing company. The procesing company has a strict policy as to being PCI Compliant in which you need to complete a survey, which you have not done. Therefore, the processing company, not Titan is sending you the charges for services being rendered. If you would like for the charges to stop you will one have to complete the PCI Survey or option two close your account by submitting a closure form to have the fees stop immediately. These charges or no longer controlled by Titan, but it is not controlled by Ipayment Inc. themselves. Per previous notes that were included on the image, it does not indicate that at any point in time you requested account closure, submitted an account closure, or sent the equipment back. As the Free Terminal Placement Agreement states, for the account to be closed we need both the Closure Form Back along with the Free Loaner Equipment. You may want to start there instead of wasting our companies time, your companies time, and paying unecessary fees when you can simply submit a closure form and send the equipment back. All previous fees that were charged in error have been refunded but all fees that are being charged now by iPayment is due to you not completing the closure process. You may contact Ipayment at 1800-324-9825, request the closure, and return the equipment. Until than you can continue to waste time on this site and continue to receive charges.
Thank you. Have a wonderful day.

Titan Response

The following clearly shows that the $89.00 PCI Fee and the $25 NSF Fee were both waived. Records also show on 12/22 the additional refunds were processed. The records also show that on 12/29 was finalized and deposited back to the Merchants accounts. The Merchant may have received the letter throughout the process of the ongoing issue but as records show and clearly state the full refund was issued on 12/29. These notes came directly from the processing company. Titan delivered as promised. The Merchant may want to give accurate information and updated information at that. Thank you

these people are the biggest liars on earth. my issue has not been resolved! I told them I did not want anything to do with them. titan still tries to take money from my account even though I asked them to cancel everything months ago. they are sending me to collections on unapproved services. If there is an attorney willing to represent me in court, I'm willing to take this to the next level. I have a list of all the employees I have spoken to along with the dates. Once again refrain from doing any type of business with these crooks.

Issue Resolved

This issue has been resolved with the Merchant. The issue occured due to a billing issue by the processing company. Titan Merchant Services was not the cause of the $89.00 fee. The merchant received a full refund for the fee that was charged by mistake. The merchant was happy with the solution and remain a merchant with Titan Merchant Services.
Thank you
