Titanium Blue 240$ ripoff I cannot afford

I received a yellow postcard in the mail saying I would receive a credit card in the amount of $4,000 and called the 800 number. I was told that it was a real credit card. I paid $240 from my checking account in Sept of 2002. I did not receive my package until the end of January 2003. I received a catalog for my $240.
I want my money back. I have tried to call both their customer service numbers and one won't let me get through and the other is always busy.
