Pay it off, that's what !!! Apparently you missed several payments, or renewed the loan at some point. There is NO WAY that you could be paying on a 1 year loan for 2 years unless something such as this happened. You left out MUCH of your story. Now, how about giving us the WHOLE story !!

Your report is probably one of the vauguest reports I've read on here...but if you can provide more info:
"I went to title bucks to borrow some money-they told me it would be paid off in a year (what did the contract say? The payment plan and interest rate are always disclosed on the paperwork you fill out ans sign before receiving the check)-now its going on two years and they say i still owe $3000-what can i do (You would have to prove that the contract was in some way broken on their part before you have any kind of recourse)"
