TitleMasters Was forced to pay off loan after payment received. Internet

My first mistake was receiving a title loan for the damages after an accident with my car. After paying a high interest monthly fee of $360.00, I was informed I needed to refinance my loan. Proper paperwork was needed to continue this process as well as the final payment ending my 5th month term of the loan before having to refinance. As I made my payment, they also informed me to go thru quick pay at Wal-Mart to avoid delay. This was a new method so I was on the phone speaking to a representative as I made the payment. After the payment was made, I received 2 phone calls: one verifying payment and I was clear awaiting to sign documents. Another one a few days later, informing me that I made the payment outside of some window. I didn't realize there was a window, of course, no one mentioned that and I just made a payment but was required to make payment in full amount of $2300.00.  They allowed me some time to be able to come up with the money while continuing charging me high interest daily rates which ultimately to $2455.00. I will never do business with them again, this whole title loan turned out tragic.
