TJT is a public company. but they sure dont act like it no more. It was involved in a hostile takeover of 2 main shareholders a few months ago. This was propogated by the founder of the company terry sheldon who is an uneducated redneck and complete idiot. After 30 + years of terry's leadership the company finally fired him as the CEO after 10 years of straight loses. There was some guy out of New York who was a Board Member and the Chairman who along with all but 1 of the other directors tried to keep 2 directors who were also big shareholders (terry sheldon and paul smith) from screwing the nearly1000 minor shareholders out of their stock. The company has never ever paid a dividend but it has paid the CEO terry sheldon massive amounts of money for rent for over 25 years. When paul smith and terry decided to do a hostile takeover they did so purely to get control of the corporate check book to pay themselves salaries and rents before the money ran out so that the other shareholders would get nothing. There plan is to let the company go down and take all the money then just startup a new one in the same business as a private company the next day. The chief accountant Nicole Glisson was a real nice smart gal who worked as a professional with the CEO then larry and sean and kept all records according to the law. Nicole quit because she knew all the illegal stuff that went on before with terry sheldon and didnt want to go to court over it. she even told me that paul smith was the dumbest person she ever met and that paul smith wanted to be paid a dividen or salary or some money just one year ago even when the company was loosing money.  

These are really bad people all who lie, cheat, and steal from the company and its shareholders. They all give rednecks a bad name. before the takeover the company was suing terry sheldon for supporting the competition. the competition is a company called M&M out of Colorado. The owner is rumored to be the illigetimate kid of terry sheldon. His name is Fred Amen and he is the stupidest one of all. One of his managers even reportedly had his daughter raped by his boss fred amen and he was a former manager of TJT under Terry sheldon when he got a bunch of DUI's and got a retarded girl pregnant in emmett idaho the company finally fired him. Vicki Hines is a pathalogical liar and lazy nincompoop. She is liked by terry sheldon cause they used to have sex in the office all the time when terrys wife was at her business. before the takeover vicki was secretly getting paid by M&M while woring fulltime for TJT. She is the boss lady now in Idaho after the former CEO fired her boss doug strunk when he found out from dougs employees that he was planning on making it big in the mobile home axle business with fred amen, by stealing Tjt workers while he was still there working as a general manager. doug strunk has the worst reputation in the mobile home business in the whole country for making up stories and lies and being the worst liar ever. The factories in idaho like kit, fleetwood, champion, ect, all nickname doug pinocio cause he has a big nose and keeps growing everytime he talks. Doug strunk actually ran for sheriff or county in gem county idaho but lost because of his lying reputation. Vicki hines boyfriend was the previous general manager before doug, and his name is mike gentry. mike quit when he knew he was going to get caught stealing from money from the company by getting kickbacks from good suppliers to the company that are experts. He figured that these suppliers would work with the then CEO which they all did. He was the only true executive the company ever had and he quit when he saw the handwritting on the wall. I heard that he and about 5 other former officers and directors have gone to the securities exchange commission and that 3 of them just filled a federal claim under the whistleblower act and a criminal complaint against paul smith to the FBI and state of idaho attorney general. the axles they recycle are pure crap and they are not safe on the road. One of the CEO's found this out and tried to move TJT out of that business but paul smith and terry would not let him so he quit. So now they are stealing from customers and suppliers any chance they get and aint paying their bills. Al they do is blame everyone else and make up lies and stories to distract from their own inside deals.

If anybody reads this then beware and don't buy any stock in this place, or buy / sell anything to them and for sure don't go to work for them. If you are a stockholder you should excercise your rights and call the fbi office in boise idaho. I sent them a long letter about this and many more facts that i don't have time to put on here. I sent them diagrams of why the axles are unsafe and illegal on the road and met with them a while back and showed the state police dot heads what the problems where. I think they are going to do something soon.
