I received a mailing from TLG Completehome about membership in their program. I never requested this membership but was charged a $64.99 membership fee on my Orchard Bank Credit card issued by HSBC. I never authorized the membership or the charge. I emailed Orchard Banks Customer Service and asked to dispute the charge. I was told they couldn't help. I must call TLG Complete Home and get them to reverse charge. I researched the internet about these people and can't believe they continually get away with entering peoples accounts. Who do I call in Georgia or anywhere else to report this?
