After purchasing an item from Buy.com I received an offer to signup for a $15 credit by enrolling in Everyday Values Program. After signing up I had a mystery charge of $11.99 on my credit card.
I called and tried to cancel, but if you say you still want to receive the credit from the vendor, they DON"T CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT! Make sure to say NO to everything that they ask you to subscribe to/continue.
