TLG GreatFn, unauthorized access to bank account and they refuse to reemburse taken money. Spoke to a rep and a supervisor "Diva Carpenter" (don't think thats a real name either), called my bank and was informed other customers are having the same problems with their accounts, with said company. Filled a complaint witht the bank. Hoping my money is returned with bonus for this agravation. I am single mom with 2 teens and I certainly do not need anyone stealing what little income I have.
