I recently discovered a recurring charge of 11.99 to both my credit card, and my checking account from a company called TLG*GREATFN. I contacted the company and they insisted that they were not charging me anything. I have 5 months worth of bank statements that show otherwise. When I told them this, they 'amazingly' discovered that they were charging me, and said that all charges would be cancelled, and my money refunded. I would suggest that everyone regularly check their statements to avoid this problem.
