I was with tmobile for 9 years until May 2011, i ported my number to another carrier because i just move to new apartment on April and inside my apartment i barely get a signal especially in the bedroom.And on Mid Mei we had a tornado warning, if something happened i can't make a phone call, i have to go outside my apartment to make a phone call. So I called them and told them my concern and they said they cannot guarantee any services.So i decided to ported my number, and the day that i ported my phone, the csr told me i will get charged for termination fee for 650 dollars for 4 lines + partial bill, because on the new billing cycle i only use it for 3 days.But when i got my statement , they want me to pay the whole month of service. I called them again about this and they said it's on the contract that i still have to pay the full month of service even i didnt use it. 

I have been a loyal customer but this is how they treat me?THey might have a good phone selection but they services sucks, still a lot of area they only have edge.

Dont ever get with TMobile.

If you were paying by Visa, report the card lost/stolen and ask for a new one with a new number, That'll stop them cold
