TNT Carports customer service is a joke, try to get someone to answer the phone in scheduling straight to the phone mall. Leave a message never call u back, guys come out 3 weeks ago to put the carport up wait to the last minute to tell me he ran out of material after i paid him of course. Still waiting on a call back from them to let me know when they going to finish my carport. Too everyone out there please avoid this company nothing but a joke.
