I invested with Toby Mcrae in August of 2010 - $9000.00 to be used for the procurement of oil to be shipped by pipe to Total. My investment was paid by check to Mr. Mcrae, and after that point over the next several months (15 to date), he has not been able to pay us what we are owed. I have a written statement from him that he owes this money, and I have the canceled check to prove I paid him the investment. Every excuse has been used. My partner and I would like to be paid back.
