Never ever Hire this company!

Now it has been 3 years and 5 months! We have called investigators for the city of Miami and Elderly Abuse and exploitation and now It’s a child with disabilities being put in danger because he cant walk out of his own home! I wrote this so long ago on Rip-Off reports and all I got was one call a whole bunch of paperwork to do and NO follow-up! Both the contractor Marlon Diaz and his worker Omar Diaz, using his lic. Have no money to finish work and neither will do anything to change it. They should never ever work in this field again. We have people, knocking on our doors for payment and they won’t even get the phones. All the investigators and help-lines are useless at this point because no one can help. Every dime was paid to them because my elderly parents thought they were helping.

I hired this contractor not just because of pricing but also he sold a great product and return at the time. I didn't know the hell that would be coming.  Unfortunately, I was presented by Omar Diaz which is not a lic holder but the Father of the Lic holder for Marlon Diaz. Marlon is his son and has his father do the construction or additions. His father, will say proudly "oh I use his license and I pay him off". I requested this addition three years ago, our need for the addition to the home I just purchased, was due to my son's disabilities and my parents needing to move in due to the age and father has cancer and my mother needs an Op for her knees. I need to care for them all ASAP.

I have asked repeatedly to speak with Marlon Diaz or have him come to my house and never has Marlon shown up. We contracted them over 2 and 1/2 years ago for an addition to our home and it's not even close to being done. Omar, the father, will disappear for months and then give sob stories. According to his prolonged stories we believe, He has killed everyone is his family for funerals, divorce, family issues, car trouble's etc. He always has new people working on a specific task like roofing, because he doesn’t pay them. So people will knock on the doors as well for that. It is worse than a reality show. 

This is absolutely the worse company, which is run by Omar Diaz ever! We tried calling his son for the last two years and 9 months and only spoke with us once two years ago when his father disappeared for 6 months and no calls. We have called over three times a day to the LIC person Marlon Diaz and he will not get the phone. 

Do not use this company even to PLANT A TREE!
