Todd has been convicted and owes millions of $ to investors in ponzi schemes. He hides his assets from the feds in order to avoid paying restitution.
He hmentally and physically abuses women living their necks bruised from choking them during sex, then beats them. He is a charmer, but a sexual deviant with an alcohol and drug addiction.
